Please note: The Draft Horse Journal is published four times a year in Waverly, Iowa. We also handle the subscription fulfillment orders at our home office.

US subscriptions - If you have not received your issue after three weeks from the approximate mailing date, please contact us by e-mail at subscriptions@drafthorsejournal.com, by phone at (319) 352-4046 between 8 a.m. & 5 p.m. CST, or by mail at PO Box 670, Waverly, IA 50677.
Canadian and Foreign subscriptions - Please allow 8 weeks
from mailing date to receive your issue, then you may contact
us for replacement issues.
When does your subscription expire? The expiration date is
in the center of the top row on your mailing label (Check the
outside plastic wrap for the mailing label).
Receiving more than one issue per
quarter? If you are receiving
duplicate issues, please call the number listed below. Report
the problem to us and give your name address, and account number
as it appears on both of the mailing labels.
Moving? To ensure uninterrupted
subscription service, please notify us of your new address
at least six weeks before you
actually move. Give us your name and address as it appears
on your mailing label. We must process the change of address
before the last day of the month prior to the mailing date
month, in order to direct the magazine to your new address.
